HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE GOLF SIMULATOR TO BE SET UP?

You'll need a space that is at least 18 ft wide, 18 ft deep, and 12 ft high. 

The area should be relatively level to ensure a smooth playing experience and free from low-hanging branches or other obstructions.

CAN YOU SET UP THE MOBILE GOLF SIMULATOR INDOORS?

Absolutely! As long as you have the required space indoors--18 ft wide, 18 ft deep, and with ceilings at least 12 ft high--we can set up inside

ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES BESIDES PLAYING A ROUND OF GOLF?

Yes! We offer a variety of fun options, including a driving range, carnival games, closest to the hole, and longest drive contests

WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING?

We prioritize safety and satisfaction. For outdoor events, if severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning are forecasted, we recommend planning an alternative indoor setup. If that's not possible, you have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or cancel with a full refund of your deposit if done at least 24 hours before the event. Indoor events will proceed as planned, regardless of weather conditions outside.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Cancellation:

Up to 7 Days Before Event: Full refund of your deposit.

3-6 Days Before Events: 50% charge of the total booking fee.

Less Than 72 Hours Before Event: Full booking fee will be charged.

Rescheduling:

Up to 48 Hour Before Event: Reschedule at no additional cost. The new date is subject to availability.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Event: 25% rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy: If our team arrives and is unable to set up due to no access or if the event is canceled on the spot without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

HOW DO YOU POWER THE SIMULATOR?

We prefer to use our own power. We have a very low decibel generator that will power our entire setup for you!

CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKING TIME?

If we don't have another booking immediately after yours, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU PROVIDE GOLF EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we provide both right-handed and left-handed clubs. We offer the option to add women's and kids' clubs at no additional charge (just needing prior notice)! You're also welcome to bring your own clubs. We also supply golf balls and tees for use!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?

You can have as many people participate as you like. The software we use allows up to 8 users for a round of golf, but we can also organize other games for larger groups.

HOW LONG DOES SETUP AND BREAKDOWN TAKE?

We will arrive up to 1.5 hours before your event to set up and ask that you allow up to 1 hour after the event for us to pack everything up.
